About

My Story
As a psychophonetics practitioner and Waldorf educator, I have more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and organisations in their personal and professional development.
In my work as a Waldorf educator, I specialise in teaching English as a foreign language working with, children, adolescents, colleagues, and parents, which continually deepens my understanding of communication, empathy, and the dynamics of human relationships.
I use drama and creative expression in my teaching which have always played an important role in my life and for my own personal development. I believe that imagination, gesture, and storytelling open important pathways to deeper self-knowledge and self-understanding.
These interests support the way I work, encouraging students and clients to access insight not only through words but through the intuitive intelligence of the whole body.
As a Counsellor, I strive to offer a grounded and compassionate space where people can explore their inner life with authenticity and make steps towards meaningful development where agency is encouraged from the first step.
Whether supporting individuals, couples, or organisational processes, my intention is to help people reconnect with what is essential and discover their inner resources needed for resilience, meaning and greater autonomy.
